If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days of your service, you will be given a full refund. This does not include extra services such as storage, bandwidth, software, website development work.  Notice of termination MUST be given before the 30th day of service to receive a full refund.

EastWave.com guarantees that you will never be bound to a contract when using our web hosting services.  If you want to cancel, contact us and you will not be charged for the next month of hosting fees.  All website hosting cancellations MUST be made before the 30th day of the month prior to cancellation of hosting services.  Hosting fees are paid in advance for each month and we do not refund hosting fees that we were not notified to discontinue billing of.
